Once the on boarding is complete, students are presented with a list of teachers that match their expertise and goals. This is clearly stated below every teacher’s name so that the user is aware of the work the platform has done for them. This reiterates the personalised and innovative benefit of the platform so that it can be differentiated from free resources available online.
Users are able to see teachers’ top skills and the way they organise their lessons with a clear course structure – which research highlighted to be important. At the same time on the right-hand side, users are able to see a quick snapshot of the teacher rating and more importantly are able to click on a link to see all reviews.
Call to actions are presented in this part of the website to ensure that users Sign Up and ultimately book their free lesson. They will only be asked to Sign Up once they are at the final stage of the booking process, unless they have clicked already on the Sign Up button.
Users can either go straight to book the teacher by clicking on the Book for free button or they can click on the teachers name to find out more. They can read a bio, check availability, why they can be ideal for their goals, prices, courses and further reviews from fellow students.
