The On-boarding page aims to be simple but detailed to show users how the platform gathers data and matches them with the right teachers who will allow them to achieve their goals. Users who are not ready for the on boarding process can go back to the Home Page and read more about the platform. Users can also sign-up directly by clicking the sign up button and complete the on-boarding process later on.
If users are not sure what they want to learn, the website provides them with some recommendations that they can choose from.
The expertise and goals area changes depending on the course or skills that users have selected so that the platform is able to find them a perfect match based on their expertise and goals. The paragraph at the top explains why it is important to complete the on boarding and the information provided can be changed at any time on the profile page. The user can complete more than one on-boarding depending on how many courses/skills they want to improve at any one time. A user can have more then one boarding pages attached to their profile eg. if they want to learn how to cook Italian food whilst learning cooking techniques.
In the availability section, users can choose different slots when they are able to attend a lesson so that the platform can find the right teachers compatible with the same patterns. For example, a user can add in slot one that they can attend the lesson on Tuesday night and in slot two Thursday morning.
Once the user clicks the submit button, the page should show an animation where users can visually see that an algorithm is working to find them the perfect teachers that can help them with their cooking goals.
